When you apply for rental property through the E-Van Management rental application, please include the following documents with your application:
- A copy of your recent 3 months' pay slips or a letter from your employer confirming your wage, hours worked, and standing with the company.
- A letter of reference from previous landlords, if possible. They will be contacted by phone or email to verify your tenancy.
- A copy of government-issued photo ID (such as your driver’s license, passport, or Ontario photo card).
Additionally, you may choose to provide the following non-mandatory items if you are comfortable:
- Recent bank statements
- Current credit report
Make sure to complete the rental application form carefully to ensure a smooth process.
